Push & Twist Inserter tool cuts out a clean hole and inserts take-off adaptors in one easy action.  Fitting is placed over the cutting blade,  T bar handle is rotated 360° until hole is developed and with a downward push the take-off adaptor is popped into pipe.  Suits PE pipe 50 mm OD and above.  Accepts H-R 13 mm x 10 mm and most Israeli adaptors.  A real time saver for sub terrain drip and sprinkler off-take applications.
